§ 1 Preliminary Provisions
The Vayana online store is available at the internet address: www.vayanajewelry.pl and is operated by:

§ 2 Definitions
- Consumer – a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller via the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Seller – Adriana Sauvage – Vayana, ul. Grabowska 6/26, 01-235 Warsaw, NIP: 7010246812, REGON: 541885465.
- Client – any entity making purchases through the Store.
- Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with legal capacity, conducting business activity on their own behalf, using the Store.
- Store – the online store operated by the Seller at the internet address www.vayanajewelry.pl.
- Distance contract – a contract concluded with the Client as part of an organized system of distance sales (the Store), without the simultaneous presence of the parties.
- Regulations – these Store regulations.
- Order – the Client’s declaration of intent submitted via the Order Form, aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement for a Product or Products with the Seller.
- Account – the Client’s account in the Store, collecting data provided by the Client and the history of Orders.
- Registration form – a form available in the Store enabling the creation of an Account.
- Order form – a form enabling the placement of an Order by adding Products to the Cart and defining the terms of the Sales Agreement.
- Cart – a section in the Store where selected Products, their quantity, and the costs of the Order are displayed.
- Product – jewelry or other goods available in the Store.
- Sales Agreement – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Client and the Seller via the Store.

The bank account number will be provided to the Client when selecting the bank transfer payment method.
§ 4 Technical Requirements
To use the Store, it is necessary to have:
- A device with Internet access and a web browser,
- An active e-mail account,
- Cookies enabled.
§ 5 General Information
- The Seller is not liable for disruptions in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or incompatibility of the Client’s system with the Store’s technical infrastructure.
- Browsing the Store’s assortment does not require an Account. Orders can be placed after registration and logging in, or without registration – by providing the data necessary to process the Order.
- Prices in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT).
- The cost of delivery is added to the Product price, indicated at the time of placing the Order.
- Information about delivery costs and the final amount due is provided to the Client before placing the Order.
§ 6 Creating an Account in the Store
- To create an Account, the Registration Form must be completed by providing: name, surname, and e-mail address.
- Creating an Account is free of charge.
- Login is performed using the login (e-mail address) and password.
- The Client may delete the Account at any time by contacting the Seller via e-mail.
§ 7 Rules for Placing an Order
To place an Order, the Client should:
- Select a Product and click “Add to Cart”.
- Proceed to the Order Form.
- Enter recipient and delivery address details.
- Choose a delivery and payment method.
- Click the “Order and Pay” button.
- Make the payment depending on the chosen method.
§ 8 Delivery Methods and Payment Methods
Delivery:
- Courier delivery,
- InPost Parcel Lockers.
Payment:
- Online payments (fast transfers, BLIK, payment cards) – processed by payment operators.
§ 9 Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement
- A Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
- The period is counted from the date the Product was delivered.
- A withdrawal declaration should be sent to the Seller’s address: ul. Grabowska 6/26, 01-235 Warsaw, or to the e-mail: kontakt@vayanajewerly.pl.
- The return of the Product should take place within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
- The Seller will refund all received payments, including delivery costs, no later than within 14 days.
§ 10 Complaints
- The Seller is liable for defects in the Product in accordance with the Civil Code.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing or by e-mail.
- The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Product will be replaced, repaired, or the price will be refunded.
§ 11 Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
- The Client has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods or the competent common court according to the provisions of law.
