#2 SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING

We process personal data to the extent necessary to provide our services, in particular:

  • first and last name,
  • residential or delivery address,
  • telephone number,
  • e-mail address,
  • invoice details (tax ID, company address),
  • data necessary to process payments and shipments,
  • IP address (when using the online store).

#3 PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • fulfillment of orders and sales contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • compliance with legal obligations, e.g. accounting and tax requirements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
  • handling customer inquiries and complaints (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR),
  • marketing of our own products and services (based on consent – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),

#4 DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data processed in connection with order fulfillment are stored for the time necessary to execute the contract and then for the period required by law (e.g. 5 years for tax and accounting purposes).

Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter) are stored until the consent is withdrawn.

Data related to claims or complaints may be stored until the statute of limitations for claims expires.
